Very good taste, I add some stevia to it also. Give me some engergy, good in the morning. Sometimes I add one capsule of licorice root (break the capsule) as a sweetener instead of stevia, good energy boost.

This has such a good smell, I just add a few drops to my faceoils, neroli smells nice and is good for the skin.

I bought this for fatigue, and I noticed a differense, feel a bit more energy. Did not give it a 5 star because I find it a bit harder to fall asleep at night, even if I take this in the morning.

I really hate the taste and the smell of this, but I mix it in smooties and green drink, then I dont taste it. Give it a four star because it is supposed to be healthy and I dont have any bad reactions to it.
