Nice gel texture. It does have a bit of a strange almost fruity scent. I have been using for topical applications because it seems to have minimum ingredients where the ones marketed for skin use are more expensive and have more additives.

I am using this 1000mg/day internally and also mixed with aloe gel topically (15gm to 100ml gel), it does seem to be helping my skin some (scarring, hyperpigmentation), also overall it feels smoother softer and "plumper". I did get an initial breakout, most likely from this, also had trouble sleeping the first two or three nights. I am also noticing my eyelashes look better, thicker. Waiting for it to make my hair grow! Still only been three weeks, will have to report back later. Plan to buy Jarrow brand next time around.

Less expensive than Bragg's...I switched to this one for all my body care applications and save the Bragg's to eat, not that you couldn't eat this one too.

Use for cooking, salad dressing, have also used diluted as skin toner/treatment (too smelly though...and stings, not sure it really did a lot), mix with bentonite clay for facial mask, use dilute as hair rinse...

I used to try a lot of cleansers with things that were too irritating...I never really think of myself as having sensitive skin, but thinking back, a lot of things were way too harsh. This is nice and basic, no drying/stinging/burning/itching, just gentle and effective.

Bought a bunch of gluten free flours from iHerb after getting a GF cookbook. This tastes and SMELLS so good. Have not made a lot with it, and what I have, has been only a small amount coconut flour in a blend of other flours. So many coconut flour recipes call for a lot of eggs, I don't care about the calories or fat or that stuff, just that it gets pricey to be using these flours and then a dozen eggs too, for one recipe. But, iHerb makes it more affordable, and this is nothing in price compared to retail almond flour! The brownie recipe on the back is good!

The flavor is different, I tasted more anise than cinnamon. I came to crave that taste after a while. It'll turn your brush brown, but doesn't matter...it works well and neem's so great for oral health. I don't use pastes anymore, but just discovered today their neem tooth powder, happy to see iHerb carries it, can't wait to try that one next!

I don't use a lot of sugar but even when I do bake something sweet, this is too expensive to use for replacing all sugar so I used it to make a mouthwash and add to water to get the benefits throughout the day. Also have heard to much can have unwanted gastrointestinal effects, have not experienced that, but also don't consume much at a time. I don't really notice anything...I ran out, may buy again, may not.
