another less than ideal formula

Although many mushrooms have anti-cancer effects and can cure viral infections, it is their most active parts--the mycelium that is the factor needed. These formulas now are only providing negligible amounts of the active compounds in the mushrooms...full spectrum means it has some mycelium...better than none, but this formula did nothing for me at all. My genetic makeup requires the compounds in shiitake mycelium. Everyone is different.

must have for inflammatory conditions

Although this is for bruises and cases with no broken skin, I have used it on all kinds of cuts. It does contain alcohol, which preserves the natural arnica flower extract, so I have grabbed it in times of emergency for cuts. My mother-in-law had end stage liver disease with the horrible bruising under the skin, and this gel alleviated most of the ugly purple, going to light green then almost undetectable. It is most definitely agreeable to inflammation and metabolic swellings, possibly some lymphatic type swellings also.

This on its own upsets my digestive tract, but in combination with LEM they seem to work synergistically to fend off reoccurences of chronic viral infection in me.

Not as thick as the other brand I was using, and even though I bought four, seems to be less effective on the connective tissue problem causing pain between metatarsals.

unfortunate, but true

The label on the ad for this is old, as the company has replaced the blue for a brown, and the shiitake mycelium biomass with shiitake fruiting bodies. Fruiting bodies contain little of the original mycelium as it has changed and begun to form mushrooms. Why the herbal distributors are going by the old label still, I don't know, but this is the second company I have told that the company changed this product. The first company didn't care.

Very nice

The scent is not overwhelming, and it is just concentrated enough to not have to use the whole bottle for three tubs of dishes. I use this in my soaps, my shampoo and laundry also.

strong smell

While the smell is nearly overwhelming at times, it is the rosemary. This product is about as natural as you can get in a bottle on a shelf.

1,000 a day keeps body together

Posted on Jun 30, 2012

This is a second review for L-lysine, with one comment that all L-lysine should be the same if natural and not cooked up (as in DL-lysine) in the lab. Many benefits for those with connective tissue disorders. Taken with vitamin C 1,000 mg each per day--try it, see if it is a benefit to you.

Great bitters

The pills kept getting stuck sideways in my throat, so I was dissolving them in a cup of water--then I found these crystals, without fillers you actually get more vitamin C for your money this way.

oil for what ails you

Posted on Jun 08, 2012

Purchased at iHerb

A fatty acid deficiency is insidious and remains hidden to allopathic testing for years until your tissues just are beyond repair. One who cannot digest dairy and regular fats in food usually cannot break down the large-chain or medium-chain fatty acids such as Evening Primrose or Flax seed oils. Grapeseed oil is partially water-soluble, so you know it will be easier for your body to break down so it can use the nutrients. This is tasteless and can be added to just about anything or stirred into a drink--you will never even known it is there but your nervous system and actually the outer coating of your nerve cells which are responsible for correctly interpreting and passing on messages, will love you for it!
