This was literally THE BEST PROTEIN ever. Hydrolized , 90% concentration, BCAA, great tastes, easily mixed with water and for 30$. Seriously, no one could beat that. The sad thing is that is discontinued. A shame.

I tried this only because a friend said it was good. I was skeptical at first, i thought it would mess with y hromones/metabolism. But it didnt , this made me fell more energetic and strong, my lifting went a lot better with it on my diet. So i really recommend this trib for every men!

Really helped me train harder, didnt get tired as fast, felt focused and pumped. Didnt have any side effects. In the end of the training I felt good, even when training hard, it was the kinda of feeling that you did a good job, used the muscles to the limit but wasnt exhausted at all. Great!!!

Great price, good creatine. It really helps growing, but the bloating effect could be samller. But still, a great product! Buy it and get bigger! and remember, this alone wont help you stay big, take bcaa and whey protien along with it

There are a lot of St Dalfours teas here in iHerbm, so it a took a whiel for me to choose. But i made the right choice, this tea is amazing. I loved the taste and recommend it to everyone!

Very good product, tastes great and really does the job. Good amount of protein (22g) has calcium , iron and phosphorous too. Dont take this as a simple protein intake, it has calories and fat ( just check the table) so if you are trying to loose weight make a reasonable use of this product.

Dymatize has this best whey for under 30$. It tastes great, it REALLY helps on the recovery after training, its protein is concentration is high and dissolves well. If you consider it also includes some BCAA , it is a hell of a deal

I tried this sample to test another kind of multi vitamin. This one really got me going, it is simple, has nice amounts of the nutrients and it has the bonus of having all natural, raw, whole ingredients. The proprietary blends are also very nice. You fell very good and healthy when taking theses. The down side is that it doesnt say here what are the exact chemical and components of the vitamins. So you dont really know what is 'under the hood'. Overall a good product!

This bottle is nice, can hold a lot of liquid ( 28oz or 820ml aprox) and has the blender ball which helps mixing everything, not only supplements. I even used it to make ommeletes haha. Close it really tight, or it will leak!
