I love this hemp seed. I love the smell, the taste and the nutritional benefit. I mix it with oatmeal (gluten free) and ground walnuts for a great breakfast - I put a couple chopped medjool dates on it - yummy!

I purchased this product to aid sleeping and I think it may work. I have only been using it a short while and I may need to increase the dose or maybe try some melatonin also. I don't fault the product because I have had serious insomnia for years.
