This Vitamin D supplement is fantastic. It provides a decent enough dose for people like me who dont get to see the sun often enough to provide an adequate source. It takes about 24/48 hours for vitamin D to enter the blood stream after having adequate exposure to the sun, and even then, if you wash with soap, all that good work out in the sun will wash away. It has been said before that placing a drop of the Essential Oil of Orange with Vit D3, will increase its absorption and bring those vitamin D levels back up to standard.

This Krill oil supplement has had a profound effect on my memory and concentration. It is enteric coated, which means it is protected from most of the Acidic effects from digestion. Normally i have been advised to combine krill oil products with, a mega hydrate supplement to avoid this same effect.

This vitamin C botanical extract has been very powerful for me to introduce into my general health strategy. Taking asorbic acid alone, i didnt feel i was getting the full benefit for my money. This botanical extract i can trust has the co-factors that go towards vitamin C's optimal utilisation in my body.

I take this product atleast once a day. Its enough to last me for a year. Living indoors, and working long hours i dont often get to see enough adequate sunlight to maintain my vitamin D levels. Taking this product with the Essential Oil of Orange, i maximise my absorption of it, to increase my chances of maintaining health Vit D levels.

During the start of the cold season, and working in hospitality within a hospital, alot of people were getting sick around me. I supplemented with this particular Zinc product, and maintained my health and avoided sickness altogether. I take this product with a Vitamin C botanical in the morning before heading off to work.

These Goji Berries are some of the nicest ive tried. The sweeter the berries are is an indicator of their quality(containing more polysaccharides). Ive gotten my health conscious customers at work to try them and they liked them alot, where previously they may have tried other inorganic brands and found that they were very bitter. These berries have a sweeter taste, and are perfect for eating by the handful, extracting the polysaccharides into a tea, or even creating a 1:1 alcohol extract, making a very sweet tasting extract.

This milk thistle extract with dandelion, has been great for me maintaining my liver health living in an inner city environment where my liver is bombarded with all of the filtering from the toxic car fumes, break fumes from trains, volitile organic compounds from offgassing paints and furnature, alcohol consumption, and just everyday living..
