Very good to help get to sleep. I found one that is a bit better since I do have major sleep issues due to brain injury. But if you'r situation isn't as bad as mine, this particular supplement will assist w/ getting to sleep nicely with addition of melatonin.

I ordered this to help with the eye pressure I experience during my complex migraines. I think it did help, but the cost of this product is excruiatingly expensive. I am instead taking acetylzolamide as prescribed.

I've used several women's multi-vitamin formulas. This is the only one that doesn't make me sick after taking it, even if I forgotten to eat right before taking it. I spread out my doses throughout the day.

I began taking this when I was having hearing problems with something my neurologist claimed was due to being too isolated from people. I was hearing strange musical sounds (brass-horns, sax, clarinet, drums) right behind one ear. This supplement helped it tremendously while I began to become more engaged in society and getting out of the house more. I didn't know this supplement helped with brain injury issues which may assist with such problems. I no longer take it, as I am out of the house regularly and lost weight. Good supplement to discuss taking w/ your neurologist.

I am prescribed this by my neurologist to help with improving cognition and processing following brain injury. I think it worked very well in conjunction with Omega 3s and a good multi-vitamin.

Took this for a few days when I began detoxing and getting off cigarettes. I did sneak one about 5 days into the detox and cleanse....I was so nauseous and sick...like I tried to smoke for the first time. So I know this is a great product.
