さまざまな成分が入っていて、成分表を見ているだけで楽しいです実際にどの程度効果が出ているのか確かめることはできませんが、摂取期間中は体調不良になることは一切ありませんでした

さすが朝鮮ニンジン、抗ストレス・疲労軽減効果は確かなものがあります。寝起きがかなり楽になります。 ※本製品には風邪薬と相互作用を起こす可能性のあるリコリスが含まれているので、風邪薬服用中は本製品の服用には注意が必要かと思われます。

クリーミーでとてもおいしい！缶にギッシリ牡蠣が詰まっていて、そのままパクパク食べられます。味が薄いと感じる方もいるようなので、その場合は自分で塩なり醤油なりで味付けすれば大丈夫だと思います。私はちょうどいい味に感じました。

良いと思った点 ①１～３錠と、自分で摂取量を調整できる点 ②各種ビタミン類、銅やセレン等ミネラル類の配合量が多すぎず、過剰症になるおそれが少ない点 ③ビタミンB１２がメチルコバラミンである点 ④ルテインやハーブ類がおまけ的に配合されている点も嬉しいしいて悪い点を挙げるなら錠剤の匂いですが、口の中に入れて表面をなめると若干バニラっぽい味でコーティングてあり、口に含んでしまえば全く問題ないレベルでした。数あるマルチビタミンミネラルの中で、かなりオススメしたい一品です。

筋トレ前に飲んでテンションをあげています。朝の眠気覚ましとしても有用です。私はカフェイン耐性がついてしまっているので、特に気合いを入れたい時は２錠を一度に摂取(400mg)してトレーニングに臨みますが、カフェイン耐性がついていない人は１錠を越えての摂取は危険な場合があるので用量は守った方がいいです

売れ筋プロテインということなので買ってみました個人的にはもっと甘い方がよかったです甘すぎるプロテインがイヤだ・飽きた、という人にはオススメです消化酵素も入っているので、プロテインでおなかを壊すよ、って人にもオススメです

ラズベリーが大好きなのでこのジャムを買ってみました酸味と甘味のバランスが良くておいしいです。ラズベリーの種のつぶつぶ感は好き嫌いが分かれると思いますこのジャムのおいしさを知ると日本のジャムはもう食べられませんね

缶詰食品の中ではなかなかおいしい部類に入ると思います。サーモンは少しパサついていますが、マズくはないですじゃがいもやニンジンがたっぷり入っていて、低カロリーなのにボリューミーです付属の塩こしょうをかける時は、お皿に移してからの方が混ぜやすくて味の偏りが無くなりますはちみつもついてますが、かけるのは正直あまりオススメできません私の場合は塩コショウはちみつ、なにもかけずにそのまま食べて一番おいしいと感じました

オレンジジュースを少し濃く、苦くしたテイストですプレワークアウトの中ではまともな味です３スクープ摂取した時のテンションアップ作用は凄いです。みなぎります。成分を見る限りアルギニンは入っていないようなので、自分でスタックするとより良いかもしれません
