SPICY FOODS

For years, I could not eat the spicy foods I love and I still had all kinds of stomach problems. Since I started taking this, I have been able to eat spicy foods whenever I like amd I no longer buy any kind of stomach acid product.

I had thought another supplement I was taking might be keeping my HSV under control so, since Herp-Eeze, is fairly high priced, I stopped taking it. I immediately had an outbreak. I immediately started taking it again and haven't had one since. It's definitely worth the cost.

I went through 23 hours in a sleep lab with electrodes plastered all over me only to be told that I was a night owl and didn't sleep enough. Duh. I was trying to get along on 3-4 hours sleep a night. I had tried melatonin before, to no avail. Then I was told that it doesn't work if you swallow it. Since I started taking this, I consistently sleep 6-7 hours a night! The difference in my life is amazing.

I started taking mega doses of this to get off antibiotics that I was using for treatment of ocular rosacea. I've discovered a lovely, interesting side effect. Despite exposure to all kinds of stuff, despite a weakened immune system from diabetes, I've only been sick twice in the past FIVE years!

blood sugar control

Taking this with meals helps me keep my blood sugar under control. On those rare occasions when for some reason I don't take it, I immediately realize my mistake as my blood sugar becomes more erratic.

When I started taking this, twice a day, my HDL (the good stuff) went from low thirties to high fifties. My PHYSICIAN recommended I increase to three times a day. Now my HDL is consistently above 65 and I do not have to take any other medication for my cholesterol.
