Purchased at iHerb

I've used this product on and off for several years. It is amazing, notable difference when I've stopped. It contains methylcobalamin, B12, the form already usable by the body and it makes a difference. Three large pills a day, this is not a problem for me, but be aware if you do not like to swallow large pills
