A very helpful supplement in time of stress when taken in conjunction with stress-relieving techniques and lifestyle adjustments. The effect was positive and almost immediate. No unpleasant aftertaste, and no side effects, which is a definite plus.

Sorry but this reportedly mild shampoo proved to be too harsh for adult fine hair. It dries the hair out too much, making it dull and flyaway. Disappointing.

This looks, taste and cooks very well, with no unpleasant aftertaste at all. However, I do not know if it safe for diabetics, or for those who need to drastically reduce sugar in their diet (e.g. candida sufferers).

This is a great, natural "calming" agent with absolutely no side effects. It can added to juice or plain water, it's virtually tasteless, and both of us in the family have found it very helpful when coping with stressing times. Now Foods offers it in powder form, which makes it excellent value and easy to use.

Absolutely the best caffeine free herbal tea

I have been drinking this herbal tea for many years. I used to enjoy regular black tea, but as an food allergy sufferer, my stomach is sensitive to tannin. This tea is wonderfully close in taste to real black tea and can be enjoyed with lemon, milk or soy milk. I use 2 teabags per regular size teapot. Can't praise it enough.
