This product appealed to me because of its natural ingredients. I have good bone health and want to keep it that way and am looking always for products with high quality ingredients which this seems to have.

This enzyme really helps my digestion. This product is very reasonably priced.

Everyone is different in their reaction to probiotics but this worked for me. If you read the package insert you see how this is different from many other probiotics as the capsule is coated to protect it from stomach acid and pass on to intestines where it starts to work. I love all New Chapter products

I took two tablets of this product 30 minutes before bedtime. I did not sleep ALL NIGHT and my stomach was upset. There is something in this and affects me negatively. I don't know what it is since there are so many ingredients. iherb will refund it.
