I scoop a few spoonfuls as a quick snack for my toddler. Great quick snack for kids and adults. it has a natural sweetness compared to coconut oil. Not easy to spread as texture is even harder and crumbly than coconut oil. That's why I just eat it with a spoon. Love this product.

Yummy but expensive

Very small jar for the price, but it's good. Same texture as coconut butter from Artisana. Hard to scoop out without warming the whole jar, as directions will tell you. I'd buy the coconut butter which is almost half the price per oz

New Chapter, Organics, Every Woman, 180 Tablets

no fillers

taste okay, fairly large pills. hard to really rate a multivitamin, just have to trust the brand. from what i know new chapter is a pretty trustworthy brand. one of the only brands that do not use fillers or excipients (magnesium stearate or the like). the price on iherb is excellent.
