I actually notice that my lungs feel better when I take this product, especially if I get a cold or flu. I do not feel any benefit when I use a Marine Carotene Complex. Carotenes from Red Palm in my opinion are far superior to any other form and I'm surprised how few vitamin companies utilize this source. Luckily Nature's Way does, and even luckier iHerb carries it at a good price.

I starting taking this with lunch and the Pancreas extract helps with digestion and the rest of the glands give me energy. Great product, this company sells excellent glandulars.

Good for depressed moods, careful if using for anxiety

This herb is very good for bringing me out of a real funk but it can increase anxiety if you are prone to it if you take too much so be careful. I recommend this brand because it is half the strength of most competing brands and this is actually a good thing if you get easily overstimulated. For anxiety I have found theanine and St. John's Wort to be the most helpful. I will try Tryptozen next to see if it helps with insomnia.

No smell, skin feels better, seems to last a long time. i can't think of anything negative to say about this soap. This will be my face soap from now on.
