This formula is the most balanced easy to digest and absorb formula on the market. Even though they are tablets there is no stomache discomfort at all because it breaks down easily and the mineral forms are very gentle. Excellent product.

I'm giving it 5 stars for the taste, but Tulsi makes me feel weird. I know it has some mood altering powers, perhaps it's just not for me.

These just plain taste great and are very soothing. The Cough Drops have more menthol so stick to these if you just want to soothe your throat.

I ran out of these and decided to try Mushroom Science Cordyceps. I found more of a boost in energy and sex drive with this Eclectic Institute brand. I will stick with this brand only
