This stuff is nice on my hands after a long day of dealing with chemicals that make my skin crack. I've mixed it with aura cacias lavender and the nutty smell mixed well. By itself it has a very light nutty aroma. Id like to add that I wouldn't recommend this for pet care, since essential oils can hurt them... But I add that comment to any review of body oil, essential oil or lotions that I review on here. (:

I've tried 5-HTP at both 50mg and 100mg dosages from other brands and got headaches and mild anxiety... a friend had me try the Jarrow brand and it did exactly what 5-HTP is supposed to do. I felt relaxed and mellow and focused at work.

I use this with the AHA moisturizer, also by BWC. Seeing improvements in my skin. Past acne scars are fading to the point where I'm comfortable without makeup.

I always trust NOW foods. Great taste, good buy. Only need about 4 droplets to sweeten a cup of coffee or tea. I recommend to anyone who'd rather just have the straight stevia extract than the stuff with erythritol (not that I've heard anything bad about that, but that's my two cents.)

I've been using this consistently for the past two months and I haven't had issues of painful coldness (low body temp) associated with hypothyroidism. First week or so, I'd get nauseous just having it on an empty stomach, but I don't seem to react that way anymore.

using this with the AHA facial cleanser. I have acne-prone combination skin. very gentle, and has already improved my complexion. I'm getting to a point where I'm comfortable with no face powder. Also, it goes on silky smooth, and you only need about a pea sized amount or less for your face and neck, so it's a good amount for your money.

I'm surprised there aren't more reviews for this product. I went to work for a 12 hour shift. Lots of standing, moving; can be sorta stressful... This stuff made an amazing difference, and it was written all over my face. I didn't feel like the day hit me at all. It's like a stress helmet.
