This product works well, and makes sense chemically. I do just fine on a half, therefore it is an even better value. I recommend taking 2 days off every 7, so it remains effective.

Best Siberian Ginseng

I have been using Siberian Giseng (Eleutherococcus senticosis) since 1977. It got me through med school and is an adaptogen. It boosts my mental energy and motivation, w/o the stimulant side effects, such as high blood pressure or a "Crash." This is the strongest and best valued I've found. Thanks iherb.

Great Price, one of few hebal anti-depressants that work

SAMe is proven to treat depressed mood, with less side effects than prescription meds. It was a bit rough on my stomach, however, I have IBS and many things cause me abdominal discomfort. The price is the best I've seen.
