I have uterine fibroids. I am using this in conjuction with Indoleguard to help remove excees estrogens and bad estorgens out of my system. I belive this is helping. Feeling much more balanced with better energy.

Yep I definitely can tell a difference. I feel more mentally alert and ideas are once again popping in and out of my brain. Gets rid of that sleepy brain feeling.

I originally got this for my boyfriend who didn't take it. I started taking it instead, and Wow! what a difference in my energy level. I didn't realize what a boost it would give me along with added mental clarity. I will continue taking this as it really keeps me going and makes me feel great!

I really like the way it toned and tightened my skin. I did have a mild reaction as it started to dry it burned, but I do have sensitive skin. As long as I kept it wet while it was on it worked great it was great.

My Naturopath recommended these. I had no idea it was going to give me a boost of energy. Working in an office I get no sun. Didn't realize how that has affected my mood. Since taking these I feel much more upbeat.

I read that CLA is good for supporting Thyroid and Adrenals. My adrenals and Thryoid had been fatigued and I had been slowly gaining weight. After taking this for 4 months I have recently been able to reduce my Thyroid medicine and feel happier, with better energy. Weight is going off slowly but it's moving in the right direction. I feel this is definitely giving my body extra support, being a caretaker is very exhausting. I will continue taking this.
