They really did give me more energy. I took these with the Now Thyroid Energy pills and of course I worked out and changed my diet before taking them and the weight just wouldn't come off. After taking the two I lost 12lbs in a week. I will definitely reorder.

At first I didn't really notice a difference so I stopped taking them. It was after I stopped taking them that I started having pain in my knee again. These really work for inflammation in the joints so, now I'm hooked. I have to keep them around to stay pain free.
