Just love Ester-C. Regular vitamin C can mess with your pH balance and stomach, but not Ester-C. Easy to take. Vegetarian friendly. Good product.

I bought this because it has turmeric in it to clear arterial plaque and cumin for brain health - the side-benefit is that it has helped my hair look less thin.
