I am addicted to this product, the lavender scent is lovely and I use it in the bath, the shower, and as a hand soap. I have ordered numerous bottles of this in the past and highly recommend it. (I tried the peppermint variety but didn't care for the strong scent as a hand or bath soap)

I first purchased this through my naturopath when I was having mild anxiety attacks. It works in "taking the edge" off and also works as a sleep aid. I suggest seeing a medical professional vs. self medicating, but this is a great product when you don't need a full blown anti-anxiety prescription. For us "type A'ers" it will relax you and slow down that fast speech and high energy. Be cautious in using it while working since you may get drowsy.

This dish liquid suds nicely, just like a commercial grocery store product. I had tried "Ecover dishwashing liquid" in the past and was very disappointed in it's sudsing action and almost gave up trying another "green" product. I highly recommend the Seventh Generation product and will order it again!
