Perfect little liquid capsules only have to take 3 a day instead of 6 of the lesser Mgs. My doctor gave me a prescription for 6000 units a day as I am quite deficient even though I live in a sunny climate. These are very easy to swallow as they are so small. Best price for the 2000 IU.

My doctor has me on these Flush-Free Niacin tablets twice a day. They are very easy to swallow and are well priced.
