I have used this before and then quit for a while and my stomach problems came back. So I started taking it again and it is helping. I use it along with DGL, Aloe vera juice, and mastic gum. Does take a little while to feel the benefit.

I used to take there ultra b12 liquid but it was messy and didn't taste very good. This is simple and can be used on to go! Great taste.

I have taken other glucosamine products but this sulfate form is the best. I take 3 or more per day between meals along with Jarrow MSM powder 4 grams or more and my bad hip improved in 2 days. Recommend this to anyone with severe joint pain.

I read alot about joint pain and Boron was recommended I take 2 per day and along with Glucosamine and MSM really has helped me.

I've tried other brands NOW Foods for instance and it was too thick and gritty. This is really tasty and smooth to swallow. Plus you get more minerals per spoonful.
