Great tasting but too oily to use as a spread. But refrigeration makes it too hard to spread. I use it in my breakfast smoothie.

Using this to help severe anxiety instead of Ativan. Takes weeks to really kick in but definitely helps take the edge off. For a real problem, I'll still use the Ativan, though.

Good digestive aid, although I'd like to see it made stronger since I need to take 3 capsules with lunch and 4 capsules with dinner to get positive results.

I'd never seen such a wonderful mix of products to enhance Vitamin C. Even though one tablet is the recommended dose, I usually take one twice a day. Would prefer a capsule, though.
