I spray magnesium oil all over my body including the hair. Then I wait 20 or 30 minutes and take a shower. Is is a little sticky that's why you need to take a shower after applying it.

What a great product. It is bitter so you need to mix with something sweet. I mix it with lemon juice and stevia. I noticed improvement in my colon, skin, hair and nails and not yet so much in my joints. I will have to wait and see probably in 3 or more months of treatment. I will let you know.
