Psyllium husks are a very effective way to achieve proper fiber levels. Be sure to drink plenty of water and try it for two weeks - start small and work your way up (I use two heaping tbs per day mixed with a bit of o.j. This company has been great and orders are promptly shipped.

We tried these as my entire family was struggling with severe allergies this spring. They work very well and seem to last about 2+ hours with no side effects. They are easy to use (under the tongue) and I would recommend them to anyone with allergies.
