first week i tried 2 caps twice a day - i was wrong - gas, bloating, cramps...now i corectly use 1 caps a two day and feel better. Highly recommended for all with intestinal problems or candidas. Less is better for myself :-)

is very fine, no sticky, no perfumed. Helps with pms problems and estrogen dominance. Only one think i can say "against" - no pump, with pump it could be top of all.

combination of cacao and coconut is delicious. my husband says: "one teaspoon is not enough, one tablespoon is not enough, one ladle is not enough ... one jar is hardly enough... " :-)
