どの程度、排出してくれるのかは不明ですが、ベラルーシでもペクチンを使われていたので試してみようと思います。こちらと一緒にマルチビタミンを摂取したいと思っています。

月経カップ

布ナプキンを使っていて、洗濯が大変なので気になっていた月経カップをトライしてみようと購入しました。使ってみた感想は、、、とっても快適です！最初はこんな大きなものが入るのか不安でしたが、２日目で出し入れもなれました。生理だって事を忘れさせてくれます。外出時は、ペットボトルに洗浄用の水とふき取るための流せるおしりナップを持ち歩くと便利らしいのですが、まだ怖くて外では出し入れしてません。早くこの商品に出会いたかったです。
