I bought this to help my daughter with her milk flow during breast-feeding. The improvement was noticeable and the only side effect is she smells like maple syrup. Yum!

I did research online and by talking to healthcare professionals and friends about changing from a mood stabilizing medication to an all natural supplement. My neurologist gave me a hearty thumbs up as it helps prevent migraines. My mood is wonderful(I caution you that I have a very slight case and to seek your dr's approval.) and I feel great. My sleep is much better also. I only use NOW foods brand and recommend it highly.

NOW foods patchouli is the purest and best-smelling oil I have found. It is just awesome. I have been using patchouli for over 45 years now and just love it!

Best protein to add

My dr recommended that I get more protein in my diet since I am close to being a vegetarian. I mix this with my favorite juice and it is not bad at all. In a smoothie, you can't even taste it. I would recommend it to everyone. It is soo much better than other protein products, the price is right, and I love Now food products!!!

Not what I really expected

I normally buy another brand of time release capsules. I really expected capsules, but these are tablets. They seem to be working the same,however, I still prefer the capsule to a tablet.

This oil seems diluted and not as pure as other oils I have purchased. It still has a wonderful aroma, but for the price I would not purchase it again.
