Healthy chocolate - what's not to like.

Circular foil-wrapped dark, hard chocolate. It is indeed hard to stick to the recommended daily serving of, er, 2. But the warning on the label helps keep me straight! I prefer these to the milk chocolate, which has that slight grittiness; but both benefit from being kept in the fridge. I'll be buying these again.

I bought this along with the essiac by the same company, and carry both in my handbag. I likie the portability. A pipette-full in warm water in the afternoon refreshes and seems to help my energy level. I like the minty flavour, and prefer this to plain chlorophyll ( I bought World Organic Liquid chlorophyll, which I take early in the mornings) at the same time. I shall buy this gan when i run out.

Very finely granulated, dissolves easily, has a nice undertone of lemongrass and mint, easypour lid, a count of 8 is a good pour for a big pot. I'll buy this again.

I'll admit to having been seduced away from the other flax oil I've been using (Health From the Sun) which I was very happy with. I got this because despite the difference in cost (which is not small), it is a larger bottle, pure, with good reviews across the board. I am also happy with it since its arrival because it is easy pour - squeeze without spillage or overspill. The seduction may become a longterm relationship.

Not too sticky, heavy or light. A nice, slightly healthy aroma (if you know what I mean), I use this sparingly for decolletage and inner thighs (to stop chafing in summer weather). Update Dec.2010: upgraded to the bigger bottle, and use it regularly. a good body moisturiser.

If you aren't used to regular meals (I eat when I get really hungry, no scheduled mealtimes) then this can be tricky to use properly. Take it before or just as the first pangs of hunger hit, and it'll kick in after a half hour or so. Good product.

Not too heavy, sinks in quickly with no staining, gorgeous light aroma. Am certainly buying again. Update Dec.2010: am on my 3rd bottle - I love the smell, and body brush it on in the summer months.

I've been using Nature's Answer tinctures for years, and oil of oregano works great. It always stops a cold in its tracks. Recently I took it in conjunction with Nature's Answer Re-Zist tincture, when I felt really bad with onset flu, and the next day, after about 3 doses, I was all well again. I recommend it to all my friends, saying that they should take it for a cold, until their poop smells of pizza!

I like the flowers blended into the soap - they don't drop off immediately like a lot of them do with such soaps. It seems long-lasting and has a great aroma. I have ordered more from the same range with different scents already.

I bought this along with 2 other toothpastes (Nowfoods Xyliwhite Refreshmint and Vicco Original Ayurvedic). They're all good. This one's the runniest and "bittiest" - the fibres make it so. It gives a good clean, and is gentle on sensitive teeth. I can't comment on its longterm effectaspect, because I don't use it every time I brush,but The Peelu range has a good rep. I'll probably buy it again.

A courser-grained salt scrub, very oily and fragrant, leaves your skin feeling gorgeously smooth. The oil had separated from the salt and risen to the top of the container, so open carefully to avoid spillage, and stir the oil back into the scrub first.
