If you need a burst of energy that is not jittery and feels like you are filled with "light" (just like the name says), this is the ticket! I use this at the end of work days when I am driving home (traveler) as well as before the gym. No side effects which for me is amazing! LOVE.

Am trying this because of the reviews, but am taking it with Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri, so not sure which is working so well. Suspect it's the Primadolphilus though.

Like this lip balm, but for those of you who can't take strong cinnamon, beware of this flavor - spicy and slightly burning on the lips. Try Black Cherry flavor...much better.

this is nice, a touch of color but not a lot. the black cherry flavor is not overwhelming. also got as "stocking stuffers" for sisters.

I had been taken Coconut Cream by the spoonful and got sick of it, so tried this. But I'm getting sick of taking 3 big pills a day, now! Other than than, this is a fine product, and I would recommend it to someone who doesn't like the taste of the coconut creams and oils...
