Vivid dreams

This gave me very vivid dreams, I can't say if it affected my day to day life, but my dreams were very vivid and pretty random. Like a movie, with no plot. This definitely does something, I need more time and experimenting with dosing to determine what overall effect is has, but it is said that lithium wont affect your day to day life if you are not deficient in the mineral. I was taking this at the recommended 2x/day

Helps with digestion

I really like this strain of probiotic. It's alot cheaper than others and I find that it is a very strong strain. Since starting this and eating a Paleo Diet I find that my digestion is much improved and I have more energy. My bowel movements are very regular now, only when I eat lots of sugars and carbs do I get some discomfort.

This salt tastes amazing, clear difference between regular table salt, which to me just tastes like chemicals, this has a very good flavor thats hard to describe, but my best way is just to say regular salt with a more natural earthy taste, great product

I enjoy this shampoo and conditioner combo, I have been using it for a couple months now and its nice, keeps my hair soft during the day and does have some thickening.
