I love the smell - I have the cleanser which I really love. But this product does not seems to be great for my skin -- it seems to do very little in 'helping' with my wrinkles.

Works well - although I usually take only one - but I will sometimes wake up in the middle of the night - if it is early enough, I will take another tablet. The tablet is very pleasant tasting. My elderly mother also takes the tablet(s) - when she has occasional sleeplessness.

I love the Avalon Organics Co Enzyme Q10 Facial Cleansing Milk,--it smells wonderful.... but the lavender products with this label from Avalon - the smell is very similar to something like pine-sol -- just nasty ---- can't wait to get rid of it. Avalon should make this line have the same smell as their Co Enzyme Q10 products
