It's the best and starts to work as soon as you take it. It does make you tummy flat. I have seen great results with it. I shared it with my sister and she love it too. She has felt the difference the first day she took it. Thanks for the fast shipment.

I find that if I take it in the evening it works better. I can tell the difference. I also have tried acetly l-carnitine and it works well together. Thanks for the quick shipment.

I find its a high dose. I take maybe one a day. I can feel it when I take it. I has been working off that belly fat. I enjoy taking it. Once I am at my goal weight I will prob not need it. I am taking belly dancing so I know after I finish the bottle I will not need to take it again. It a good prduct to reach your goal weight.

I have been taking Barlean's for years its a great beauty product and make you look very young. Its a conditioner for your skin and the entire body. Great for weight loss also. The protein in the flax oil aids in weight loss. Best on the market
