I can't even believe how good this product is. It controls my appetite. I'm now weighing 160 lbs but since i now have a control device i expect to continue exercising and eating less. My problem was 2 hrs after eating i was hungry and could not control my hunger but with this product i eat my breakfast, a salad for lunch and a small dinner. I exercised all my life and love doing it but still i'm overweight because i couldn't control my diet before. My mum has diabetes and I had gestational diabetes so i've been afraid I believe I finally found MY answer. I ordered 4 more bottles.

WOW!! I cant' say enough about this product. My knees were hell. you could hear the bone rubbing on bone when i walk down the steps of the subway. I was told i had osteoarthis. i took this product and it brought me a long painful way. it really helped. i thought i would be cripple from the pain. you can't even exercise. now along with another product for inflamation i can walk normal again. the 4 stars **** is how far it brought me and the 5 is for the second product that took me the rest of the pain free way. I believe wtihout this product i would not have come this far.

I used this prouduct for awhile but cannot risk my health anymore. My blood pressure was high and I had to go back on my presure meds. My regret is that I can't return since it doesn't work for me

Heard on Dr. OZ how effective this is and tried this product. Well HAPPY TO SAY it works. Im always hungry and i know it's a response to insulin overproduction which will eventually lead to diabetes (since my mother has it) so im hoping this product will lead to less overeating because im happy to say it controls my hunger.

I Guess if you don't have a deficiency and you take a product that your body doesn't need it will make you sick. I followed the instruction and took on an empty stomach made me so sick. so i stopped using the product.
