this is great for OCD! takes a few days to kick in. i take about 4 caps a day at the moment. next time i will try the powder for better value and no fillers etc.

i started to feel a lot of energy and strength within a week of taking this twice a day. also my anxiety diminished. however then my hair started falling out! this is very distressing obviously! i then read that you should not take this if you are hyperthyroid. i have been given diagnosed as hyper. i have also been diagnosed as hypo. LOL. anyway do your research and be careful!

melatonin seems to be the only thing that guarantees to get me off to sleep. 2mg is enough for me. i like the size of these capsules. they are nice and tiny. not too much fillers!

i bought NOW eleuthero because the solgar eleuthero had been discontinued by iherb. unfortunately no matter how many now capsules i take, it is nowhere as good as the solgar ones. i do not understand why they have been discontinued. i will have to buy them elsewhere. dissapointed! UPDATE: These seem to take time to kick in. Im taking 1 cap with each meal and after a week or so thay seem to be working.

all other companies should take note. there is no wasted packaging. capsules are filled right to the top of the bottle. there are no fillers or lubricants! just pure herb!

have only had these for 3 days but already i am feeling so much better. these are the strongest probiotics ive ever taken. makes me wonder if all my health problems are candida related. i want to order the larger bottle next time but cant because i will be charged custms tax to uk.

i love this supplement. my sanity was finally restored- anxiety, stress, mood and sleep, however i got heart palpitations from it, even in small doses. i took some hawthorn which immediately fixed that. it also made me drowsy the next day. what a shame, im sure most of you wont have side effects!

I have just started taking this product but it works very well for anxiety. however it did make me sleepy. good for nite time use. i discontinued this product as i think it was giving me heart palpitations.

i bought this because it was organic and a good price. however i won't be buying it again. my skin didnt like it much. also im not sure why they have added vitamin e oil to the product. the vitamin e will go rancid before the jojoba oil ever will
