I use this on my knees and some times I can't stand up they burn so much then I put this on and it takes the burning out and I am able to standup again.

Arnica Gel is the Best thing on the market

Arnica gel is great if you have a head ache and rub on the back of your neck and temples the head ache goes away but you have to rub it down the tense part of your neck. It also helps on my knees and takes the pain away.
