when ever I feel those tingles in my legs, I pop a couple of these under my tongue and within minutes my legs are calm.

I have had sleep issues for the last 2 years, due to hormones and stress (I'm 51), and have tried EVERYTHING - Valerian root, melatonin, sleeping pills (lunesta, and others)-and they would work initially, but then stopped. It got to the point where my husband started calling me "Dracula" because I was so restless at night. The first night I took this I slept through the night, and every night after! I feel AMAZING! he hot drink is a very nice way to end a day. And, the restless leg syndrome is GONE.

Helps me fall asleep, and also quiets restless legs syndrome. Even if I take it a 2:00 a.m., I am not foggy in the morning.
