My son needed this suppliment according to his specialist. I find it very convenient. I can break a capsule open in his mouth or sprinkle on food and he eats it w/o a complaint! Also, that I didn't have to sift threw unnessary additives..he gets just what he needs.

My son chews one 2x per day. He's not crazy on the flavor, but tolerates it, so it must not be too bad! The amount of vitamins in each are exceptional!
