Quality of Life Labs AHCC is the AHCC that has clinical trials to back up cliams, ie cancer patients with certain kinds of cancer significantly benefited from taking an AHCC protocol under a doctor's supervision for this trial. This product has significantly improved my immune system so far as colds and virus are concerned, but as a prior cancer patient, I am taking it also to keep my immune system in optimum condition.

I need a Vitamin C in capsule form because I do not do well with tablets. This is a very complete capsule formula, and only my opinion, is that if you are taking a Vitamin c suplement at all, you might as well a complete formulation for best absoption, and this product fits the bill.

As his wife, my husband started taking this particular product because the store where he normally bought his protate supplement was out. So as a fluke he bought a bottle Of Bluebonnet MPX Men's Prostate Formula to use only until his usual standby came in. What a difference! He couldn't believe that this one product actually made so much difference, improved the urine stream, etc. Now he won't consider using any another product. We are both very happy-and surprised-that iherb carries this product, as it is not available in most stores, only in certain parts of the US.

There isn't enough cotton on the ends. I actually hurt my ear trying to use one. Will not purchase these again.
