If you have diabetes, this book has a great deal of information that will help you. I particularly like the nutritional information in it. I highly recommend it.

Good fiber which can be helpful to diabetics

Rather expensive but effective fiber as recommended in the Murray book on diabetes.

The book, Shark Liver Oil, tells us that this product can do a lot for us. Bell Lifestyle, offered at iHerb, was the best product at the best price that I could find. I'm very hopeful about this product.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine with Alpha Lipoic Acid is supposed to help us liver longer. Now Foods powder is a great product at a good price.
