I like this stuff because it doesn't have sugar or artificial sweeteners in it. Because it's just whey protein, it doesn't have that "whang" that comes from artificial sweeteners and fake flavor. Highly recommended!

great fish oil

This is my first use of fish oil, so I can't compare across brands. However, I have seen a big improvement in my ability to recover in weight training since I started using this fish oil. I used to have severe inflammation after training, even flu-like symptoms. But since I started taking four capsules a day of this product, I have been able to recover faster.
