I bought this as recommended by my health care practitioner to help with adrenal fatigue. I have tried this twice and both times have developed a migraine later in the day. I will try a third time, just to see if it has the same effect. I'm hoping it will work well for me in the future.

Since taking this I have noticed a big improvement in my sense of well-being, and have also experienced an unexpected bonus of sharper vision. I am considering taking a lower dose during the summer. I have been taking these for about a month now, and I have already managed to avoid a bad cold that caught everyone else in my household off-guard. I have also noticed that my tummy doesn't get bloated anymore, and my stools are much more solid...I'll continue using this product for sure!

I recently switched over to the Rainbow Light, Just Once, Prenatal One, VeganGuard Multivitamin. I had been taking New Chapter's Perfect Prenatal which I would still be using if it weren't so expensive! Perfect Prenatal is the best multivitamin I have ever used, the only downsides being the 3-time per day dosage and high pricing. Rainbow Light's Just Once Prenatal One is very convenient as you only have to take one per day, and actually I am feeling great whilst on it. It does make my pee bright yellow, whereas New Chapter's Perfect Prenatal didn't - so that makes me wonder a little about absorption - but nevertheless, I feel better on it than off it. Another thing to consider when choosing Rainbow Light's Prenatal One is the size of the tablet...it's pretty big...and some days it is a struggle to swallow it I have to say! It may not be right for you if you have a hard time swallowing tablets. Overall, it seems like a quality product and I feel energized, healthy and ready to conceive! UPDATE: I can no longer swallow these tablets...for some reason the smell of them coupled with the size of them is making me gag every time I try to take them. I'm sad because they work well, but I think I may have to switch to another brand.

My husband doesn't like taking this vitamin for two reasons: the first one is that the size of the tablet is just too large. The second reason is that it contains much more than the recommended daily dosage for several of the B vitamins and he finds this slightly unnerving. He takes one a week. I will look for a different multivitamin for him so that he'll take one on a daily basis.

Living in an area where there is so little sunshine for so much of the year, I've come to realize just how important it is for me to take these vitamin D3 capsules as a supplement. I feel much better when I take these, and I really enjoy the fact that these capsules are so small. They are also priced really reasonably!
