英語は苦手ですが、たしか70パーセントはオーガニックな材料だと思います。 それがすばらしいと思い、購入しましたが、粒が日本のサプリの５倍くらいなので、噛み砕いてから飲むしかありません。 中途半端に噛んだ状態では飲み込む時にノドが傷つきそうな気がするので、かなり小さくなるまで噛むようにしてます。 そして噛み砕くと、原料の匂いがけっこうするので、かなりエネルギーを使ってしまいますし、疲れた日は「今日は飲むのやめとこう…」となってしまいます。 小粒サイズもぜひ販売していただきたいです。

粒が少し残してあるのでおいしいです。甘くないので、バター代わりにたくさんパンにぬっても罪悪感がないですね。

ハリが出て、毛穴も少し小さくなったような。目の周りに塗ると目が痛くなるので、塗れません。 目の周り専用のクリームを探しています。
