It's good that it's natural, but It's very hard to take it. My daughters refused. Even with juice the taste is awful.

My 7 years old daughter is a poor eater. With this product it's more easy. It's good also because it has propolis, that is hard to be taken on liquid. It's great for grown kids who can swallow capsules.
