These are difficult to open and they dissolve the second you touch them so it makes it difficult to insert.

Haven't used antibiotics in years because of this herb. When I first feel a cold or flu come on I start with four drops in a small amount of water and then chase with some more water. I do this several times a day when trying to fight off the bug. It is really strong strong tasting stuff but it works! I also swish with it in some water for my gums to keep gingevitis at bay. Organic apple cider vinegar with some honey is also great for sore throat and fighting cold symptoms. I use both together.

This is the only thing that has helped my husbands hacking cough which is caused by acid reflux. The pharmaceutical medicines work somewhat but the side effects are not worth it. It is also convenient as these are chewable and he just carries them in his pocket and pops one in his mouth whenever he needs it.

I have hip bursitis and sciatica. I use these so I can sleep on my side without having to take pain meds so often. I wish I-herb also carried the small patches.

Zyflamend does work in bringing down inflamation and pain. For those that have sensitive stomachs, just make sure you take it with some food. I take 2-3 pills, three times a day to keep my pain level down. It is a much better alternative to taking all of the NSAIDs on the market that have real health risks.

Effective for inflammation and pain

This has a good combination of ingredients for inflammation and pain. Of all the remedies I've tried this has been the most effective. It has 750 mg of Glucosamine which is higher then others I've tried plus Bromelain, Boswellia and Devils claw. Unless I find something better I'm sticking with this!

I had a problem with a red itchy rash on my ankles and about half way up to the shin area. I could not sleep as the burning and itching was horrible! I tried hydrocortisone, anti-fungal and many other anti itch creams. I bought this lotion originally for muscle pain but decided to give it a try and low and behold it worked! It immediately calmed it down and I have been able to sleep all night every night since.
