Definitely helps lowering overall cholesterol and bad (LDL) cholesterol. Didn't seem to affect HDL cholesterol.

Cheap product, but too much vitamin A as acetate to my liking. I'd prefer vitamin A as beta carotine.

Nice and tasty product, but very expensive. I didn't feel any obvious energizing benefits.
