I started on Doctor's Best strontium, along with calcium, after I was diagnosed with osteopenia in my hips and osteoporosis in my lumbar spine. After seven months, a new bone scan showed the osteoporosis had improved to the level of osteopenia, and the osteopenia had moved into the normal range.

My 94 year old dad, a retired physician, put me on to this. He normally mowed his lawn in small sections over several days. After taking rhodiola for a few days, he went out and mowed the whole thing. I have just started on it, and I notice I am not as achy in the morning.

Nutiva, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 54 fl oz (1.6 L)

Now that they have done an about face on coconut oil, I have been using Nutiva because it is organic and a wonderful price at Iherb. I use it for cooking and frying, and for baking recipes that call for shortening. Even pie crust. It is also great as hand creme and face moisturiser without the chemicals found in cosmetics.
