I usually use Barlean's flax oil to completely control my A-frib, but when I forget for a while and it starts creeping back, Borage oil does the trick even faster than the flax oil- but it's more expensive. Also great for inflammation.

Drop this stuff right where it hurts in your throat- it helps quench the fire. Also, drop it in your nose until you feel it go up inside (3-4 drops/ nostril) and it helps clear and soothe your sinuses. I ALWAYS have this silver around in Winter.

If you have had a large meal these seem to keep you from that heavy feeling in your stomach. I also think that enzymes are a good way to take the load off your pancreas, which is a good thing for your long-term health. I learned that people with pancreatitis are given enzymes- again to give it a break.

Got another good well known supplement brand when we ran out of these once, but they did not work near as well despite having the same heat unit rating. Shows that there is more to it than just that one rating. Natures Way always seems to be a good product.

I always add a few thousand units of vitamin E to the bottle when I open it- seems to keep it fresh longer, and it is good to have enough E in you if you are taking a highly poly-unsaturated oil.

Years ago I had their product "Life Start" bifidus in the refrigerator for TWO YEARS (my bad) and I was still able to make bifidus yogurt with it. I did this to see if it was still good. It was, so I used it to get rid of a foul odor from the mouth of one of my kids that all the brushing in the world would not correct. Four days later the odor was gone. If this product is as good (I'll let you know in two years) it is the best I know.

I like this particular product because unlike many others I've seen it has plenty of vitamin D. Many cod liver oils have accentuated the vitamin A and left out much of the vitamin D- that is not balanced.
