Keeps water cool and fresh, easy to clean, and lightweight! Shame there isn't a smaller opening to drink from as you can easily get a bit too much water where you don't want it..

As this products advertizes being pure and organic, I wouldn't think it had alcohol in it - but unfortunately it does, so your cooking won't taste as good as when using the non-alcoholic one. Shame, because Simply organic is a great brand for spices and seeds!

This is great for healthy, vegan protein, and can easily be added to foods (tastes close to nothing) such as smoothies and protein bars to keep you fuller for longer.

I haven't tried any other brands, but this seems more than good enough to me! I use chia to hold foods such as granola bars and cakes together instead of using eggs or flax/linseeds. As they taste next to nothing they are great, and added to water or liquid they form a gel that is great for holding for example bean burgers together. They are as healthy as can be - have a closer look!

Good, caramel-like flavour, great to add in raw chocolate to sweeten it up. Add in a bit at a time, as the taste can be a bit overpowering at times. Remember to store in the fridge once opened, as it goes mouldy in the cupboard - that is a good sign of pure and fresh ingredients!
